We provide skilled personnel to meet your unique project needs.

involves the alignment of prefabricated pipe spools to ensure correct orientation and flow direction, welding works to join the pipe spools together to form the piping system, and alignment of pipe flanges to the corresponding flanges of the rotating equipment and mechanical units to complete the systems. Precise alignment of pipe spools with the plant’s routing requirements is critical for optimal performance and safety. For existing plant maintenance, scheduled plant turnaround activities, plant modification or refurbishment projects, we may conduct pipe tie-ins to connect the new pipe spools to existing piping systems.

Minor modification works such as cutting and welding are done on-site, where required. We provide on-site machining including flange facing, tube sheet groove milling, and pipe cold cut and bevelling. We are equipped with specialised portable machining tools to perform work on customers’ premises. We also provide minor fabrication works such as threading, drilling, cutting, grinding and welding works, as well as painting works to carry out any repair on-site. Post installation, we will also apply labelling to the pipe spools for documentation and traceability for future maintenance purposes. In addition, we also provide installation works for piping structures and related services such as cleaning works (i.e. high-pressure cleaning or chemical cleaning) to remove dirt and debris inside and outside of the pipes prior to commissioning. As piping systems are an integral part of process systems and utility systems in an industrial plant, depending on project requirements, we are also involved in the installation of mechanical units, including welding, erection, levelling, and painting (where required); and the installation of related instruments and rotating equipment, and electrical components. The mechanical units and rotating equipment are connected to the piping systems to form a complete processing or utility system for commissioning

Precision Alignment

We ensure the accurate alignment of prefabricated pipe spools and mechanical units to meet plant routing and safety requirements for optimal system performance.

Our services

Commissioning

We provide skilled personnel to meet your unique project needs -- involves the alignment of prefabricated pipe spools to ensure correct orientation and flow direction, welding works to join the pipe spools together to form the piping system, and alignment of pipe flanges to the corresponding flanges of the rotating equipment and mechanical units to complete the systems

Engineering

we have in-house engineering capability to develop weld mapping for the piping systems to facilitate the fabrication and installation processes, where our customers (i.e. main contractors, subcontractors or industrial end-users) will typically provide us with the engineering design drawing. The weld mapping that we develop shows details such as cut lengths, weld details, valve and instruments locations, spool identifications, support types and spacing, where necessary

Procurement & Sourcing

We may procure the materials for fabrication of pipes spools and structures, as well as rotating equipment and instrumentations, or these supplies may be supplied by the main contractor. Where mechanical units are required to complete the systems, these are generally procured by the main contractor. Further, we may be involved in sourcing for subcontractors required for our projects. For example, we source for subcontractors to outsource the installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation works, as well as blasting and painting works.
